Crab Cream Cheese Appetizer 

 

 

 

 

 

1 pkg of cream cheese

1 can of lump crab meat

 

1 jar of Jerry's Cocktail sauce

 

 

Soften cream cheese and spread on a platter about 1/4 inches thick. Next place 3/4 of crab over cream cheese.

Pour Jerry's cocktail sauce on top. Sprinkle the remaining crab on top. Serve with crackers ~ Enjoy ~

 

 

Chile Cheesecake

 

1 1/2 cups of crushed tortilla chips 

3 1/2 tbsp melted butter

2  8 oz. pkgs of cream cheese

2 eggs

4-6  oz. of green apple salsa ( any temperature will work )

1/4 - 1/2 cups chopped bottled jalapeno peppers

8  oz. of shredded Colby Monterey Jack cheese

3/4 - 1 cup sour cream

1/4 cup of chopped green onions

12 - 14 grape tomatos sliced in half

1/4 cup of chopped black olives

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350*

 Mix  butter and tortilla chips together and press on the bottom of a 9" spring form pan. Bake in oven for 15 minutes and then remove from oven. Mix in a large bowl: cream cheese and eggs until well blended. Combine salsa, cheese and jalepeno peppers. Place over oven crust and bake for 30 minutes. remove it from oven and cool in pan for 10 minutes. Run a knife around the side of the pan. Remove spring form and let cool. Top it with sour cream and sprinkle the green onion and chopped olives. Slice the grape tomatos and place them around the edge-cut side down. Serve this with tortilla chips. Breakfast Pizza

 

1 Large Boboli Bread (thick crust)

6 eggs

3 tsp. water

½ small onion chopped

½ green bell pepper- chopped

2 Tablespoons of butter divided

1 package pre-cooked breakfast sausage (link)-6 links cut into ½” pieces

1 package white gravy mix-prepare accordingly to directions

3 mile hot sauce-use your preference of heat

1 8 oz. package of Mexican cheese-shredded

Salt and pepper to taste

3 mile salsa

 

Preheat oven to 400*

Place Boboli bread on preheated pizza stone or large flat baking sheet

Spread prepared white gravy (thick) over crust

Sauté onions and peppers in 1 Tbsp. of butter until soft. In separate frying pan melt 1 Tbsp. of butter.  Scramble eggs with 3 tsp. of water. Cook until done-do not over cook this. Sprinkle 3 mile hot sauce. Spread onions and peppers over pizza crust. Spread eggs evenly over crust. Sprinkle with sausage evenly over pizza crust. Cover completely with cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese starts to bubble and brown lightly. Slice it like a pizza.

Serve with 3 mile salsa.

Jalapeno Cheese Spread

1 phg. cream cheese

4 oz. cheese wiz

3/4 tsp. garlic powder

3/4 tsp onion powder

3/4-1 bottle of three mile sauce and salsa jalapeno sauce

1-1 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika

 

Using a blender mix all together, chill and enjoy!

Serve with crackers 

 

Jalapeno Cheese Ball

1 pkg. cream cheese

1 cup sharp shredded cheese

1/2 bottle of three mile sauce and salsa jalapeno sauce

6 oz. chopped walnuts

 

using a mixer-mix cheese and jalapeno sauce together

place in a plastic wrap and form into a ball

place in fridge for about an hour or until firm

roll in chopped nuts and enjoy!

Serve with crackers

 

Thai Peanut sauce

1 1/4 cup of lite coconut milk

1/2 cup natural peanut butter

1 pkg. Thai Ginger Dip

1/4 tsp pepper flakes

1/4 tsp sesame oil

1 tbs lime juice

Mix one cup coconut milk with Thai Ginger Dip. Slowly heat. When it is warm, add the peanut butter and whisk to smooth. Add pepper flakes to taste. Then add sesame oil and lime juice. If needed add the extra coconut milk for desired consistancy.

 

 

 Pineapple Seranno Cake / Pina Colata Cake  

 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup rum
1 jar 3 Mile Sauce and Salsa, LLC Pineapple Serrano Glaze
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can white can frosting
1 tub cool whip
1 pkg coconut
 
 
 
Place 1/4-1/2 cup coconut on baking sheet toast till light brown (on broil apx 3 min with door open)
Bake cake as directed but replace the water with rum
When done pork holes with fork.
Pour a jar of 3 Mile Sauce and Salsa, LLC Pineapple Serrano Glaze over cake, let cool
Mix cool whip and white frosting together spread on cake
Sprrinkle toasted coconut on top
Enjoy!!!!!
